Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please include original tags and hygiene liners where applicable.

To start a return, email us at info@angelalchemyacademy.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for mailing your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not offer exchanges at this time due to the nature of our small-batch, plant-dyed process. If you'd like a different item or size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Common Questions

How should I care for my swimwear? All of our suits are plant-dyed and embellished by hand. To preserve the color and integrity of your piece, hand wash in cold water with a gentle, pH-neutral soap and lay flat to dry in the shade. Avoid chlorine, bleach, and long sun exposure.

Can I swim in it? Yes, but these suits are like fine art — wearable but delicate. Occasional dips in freshwater or the ocean are okay, but avoid rough surfaces, extended saltwater exposure, or harsh chemicals like chlorine and copper.

How long does shipping take? All pre-orders are expected to ship by May 31. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Do you offer international shipping? Not at this time, but we're working on it! Stay tuned.

Will the color fade? Plant dyes are alive and evolve over time. Some soft fading may occur — it's natural and part of the beauty. For longest wear, follow our care instructions closely.

Where are your products made? Every suit is made with love in Hawai‘i using sustainable bamboo fabric, natural plant dyes, and crystal embellishments. Our designs are intentionally low-impact and high-vibration.

Can I cancel my order? Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
